Machine wash at 30–40°C. The jumper may shrink slightly after its first wash. Follow the care label on your garment.

Each item is made to order. For mugs and T-shirts, allow around 1–3 weeks for UK orders, including production and delivery. Knitted Christmas jumpers take longer: in November and December, allow 9–16 business days for production plus up to 3 weeks for shipping. Christmas arrival is not guaranteed. Shipping charges and available destinations are confirmed at checkout. Different items may arrive separately.
Arrival by 31 October is not guaranteed. Check the delivery estimate before paying.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Please email first so we can give you the correct return instructions; don’t post items to our correspondence address. For damage, a printing issue or a wrong item, include your order number and clear photos.

It changes the illustration. Both artwork options use the same mug or the same unisex garment fit. The skeleton T-shirt has one artwork option.
